About The Project
Consultative advice was provided to the the Hotel General Manager and his team in relation to a planned air conditioning upgrade project.
Derisk provided meaningful and proportionate advice on how to progress the project whilst taking fully in to account the operational status of the hotel.
Derisk arranged for the provision of a Refurbishment and Demolition Asbestos Survey of the planned work areas and arranged for remediation of areas prior to the air conditioning installation project.
The hotel was occupied for the duration of the work Derisk had to ensure that the meticulous planning of the project incorporated the needs and requirements of the hotel, its staff and its guests throughout the duration of the works.
The works also had to take in to consideration the Grade 2* listed status of the building and the potential impact that works would have on this.
Following completion of the works Derisk conducted some minor reinstatement works to ensure the décor of the hotel, this was conducted to a very high standard and to the complete satisfaction of the Hotel General Manager.
